Paying a Bill

In 2024, the annual cost per home is $948, with a rebate of 5% for those who choose to pay their bill in its entirety before February 15. For clients with water meters, the cost is $3.95 per cubic metre.
There are several ways to pay your bill:

If you move and make your payments online, you are responsible for changing your account number.
Owners of buildings situated on a street serviced by water and sewer supply systems must pay the fees even if their facilities are not connected to those services. For more details, see Bylaw No. 78-5.
Why must I pay for these services?
Money collected for these services provides residents with:
- Quality drinking water
- Wastewater collection and treatment
- Maintenance of the water distribution system
- Maintenance of the sewer system
A reminder that interest charges of 1.5% per month (18% per year) are added to invoices not paid within 45 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay your water bill could result in interruption of service. To avoid this, make sure you pay your bill on time.
