City of Dieppe bylaws are adopted by City Council at public meetings. The procedure for adopting a new bylaw consists of two readings by title, followed by a reading of the bylaw in its entirety (or a summary version), followed by a final reading by title only. These four readings are always carried out at two separate public meetings.
