Back to SearchPUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe intends to amend Bylaw Z-9 (2017) relating to the City of Dieppe Municipal Development Plan.
The purpose of the proposed amendment, as outlined in Bylaw Z-9 (2017-11), is to modify the Generalized Land Use Map from “Residential” to “Downtown” for the land located on Normandie Street and identified under PID 00673160, as shown on Schedule A-1-12 attached hereto, to allow for the development of a residential and commercial project at the intersection of Acadie Avenue and Normandie Street.
A public presentation will be held on Monday, June 24, 2024 at 7 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick. The presentation can also be viewed live on the YouTube channel at the following web address: www.youtube.com/dieppenb
Any person may submit written objections to the Clerk at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9 or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca, within 30 days of the day of the public presentation stating the reasons for objecting to the proposed amendment.
