Back to SearchDIEPPE (N.B.) — Dieppe KITE International welcomes Zachary Richard, Suroît, George Belliveau, Wilfred LeBouthillier and Réveil tomorrow at 8 p.m. in the Arthur-J.-LeBlanc parking lot for a concert that is sure to stir up a lot of strong emotions.
Tickets on sale at Jean Coutu in Dieppe, Shediac and Mountain Road, Memramcook Home Hardware, Higho Market in Saint-Antoine or billetterieacces.ca at a cost of $25 in advance or $35 at the door. The concert is free for children ages 12 and under.
Please note that the reptile show has been cancelled.
Here’s the schedule for Saturday, August 17:
9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Indoor flight workshop at the Arthur-J.-LeBlanc Centre. Learn how to fly a kite indoors

Artisans’ Fair open

Children’s show with Rémi Boudreau, presented by Dr. Martin Orthodontist - $2 children (12 and under), $3 adults (13 and over)
11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Dr. Martin Orthodontist Community Zone open (inflatable games)

Candy shower

Concert by duo Joannie Benoit and Maxime McGraw - $2 children (12 and under), $3 adults (13 and over)

Exhibit tent opens – See the kites from the creation contest (“solar system” theme)

Kite demonstrations (one-line, acrobatic, inflatable, creations and free flight)
Atlantic Superstore’s kite-making tent (Passports available here)

Talent show presented by Dieppe Youth House featuring Josiane Comeau, Pat Gillespie, Michael Gillespie, Camille Richard and Félix Belliveau - $2 children (12 and under), $3 adults (13 and over)

The judges will evaluate the created kites followed by a group flight
Running of the Bols and mini Rokkaku combats for children
3 p.m.
“Ghost” group kite flight presented by the Sky-Lines Kite Club
