Back to SearchDIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe is organizing a forum to celebrate seniors taking place on Saturday, September 29, and Sunday, September 30, at École Mathieu-Martin.
Schedule for Saturday, September 29:
9 a.m. – Tai chi with Maria Gillespie
10 a.m. – Physical activity is important for maintaining a healthy spine with Sparx Wellness
11 a.m. – Generic drugs with Jean Coutu Dieppe
1 p.m. – Spirituality with Fernand Arsenault
2 p.m. – Yoga 50+ with Marché Yoga Market
3 p.m. – Zumba Gold with Tanya Doucet-Levesque
3 p.m. – Qigong with Micheline Gaudet
Admission is free, however registration for the workshops is required before Wednesday, September 26, by calling 877.5023.
Schedule for Sunday, September 30:
9 a.m. – Breakfast ($5 per person)
10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – Presentation of action plan for the wellbeing of Dieppe seniors with Marc LeBlanc and Ronald C. LeBlanc.
As well, the play Bonne fête Madame Yvonne will be staged on Sunday, September 30, at 7 p.m. at the Dieppe Arts and Culture Centre. Admission is $20 per person. Tickets are available at the Dieppe Arts and Culture Centre. (Please note that the play is presented in French only.)
