DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that there will be lane reductions on Melanson Road, between Bourque and Fox Creek roads, as well as on Fox Creek Road, from Melanson to Belle-Forêt, starting Monday, July 22.
These lane reductions are necessary to allow for the extension of the multifunctional trail. The work will continue until September, and will improve safety for pedestrians and cyclists. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic.
Please note that Melanson Road, between Fox Creek and Bourque roads, will be completely closed to traffic on Wednesday, July 17 and Thursday, July 18. This closure is necessary for preparatory work for the project. Detour signs will be in place.
Motorists are encouraged to plan for longer travel times while the work is being carried out.
