Back to SearchDIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that there will be lane reductions and partial street closures on the following streets from July 19 to the end of August.
- Alain-Gillette Street
- Collège Street (between Gauvin Road and Champlain Street)
- Chartersville Road (between Bahamas and Centrale streets)
- Industrial Street
- Vanier Street
These changes to traffic patterns are necessary in order to allow for micro-surfacing work. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic.
Motorists are encouraged to plan for longer travel times while the work is being carried out.
Micro-surfacing consists of adding a thin layer of asphalt overtop the existing asphalt. Micro-surfacing improves the road surface, helps preserve roads, extends their life span and saves money in the long run.
