Back to SearchDIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe will undertake work on the water distribution system in the airport zone area during the week of October 13. The properties affected by the work are located between 1528 Champlain Street and 2259 Champlain Street as well as on Airport, Tower, Léger, Copp, Appleton, Barnes, Emmanuel and Maxime streets.
During this period, in order to reduce the inconvenience that this work may cause, we recommend the following:
- There is a possibility that your water will have a reduction in pressure and may be discoloured. If this is the case, run your cold water for ten (10) minutes. Subsequently, run your hot water until it runs clean, in order to avoid discolouring your laundry. Unless otherwise stated, coloured water does not represent a health hazard.
- If the building has a sprinkler system, a pressure drop could trigger your alarm. We recommend you contact your alarm system supplier, your insurance company and your fire department to advise them of the water disruption.
