Back to SearchDIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe is pleased to announce the return of its community tree planting program. This program offers mature trees at a very reasonable cost to residents who do not have trees in front of their homes.
Eligibility:
- The program is geared to owners of single-family residences, duplexes and townhouses.
- One tree per residence, and possibly two for homes located on a street corner.
- The land in front of the residence must be free of trees.
- There must be space to plant the tree and ensure it has enough room to grow.
- A fee of $50 plus taxes is charged per tree, which is less than 30% of the actual purchase cost.
- The tree can only be planted in front of the residence.
If your application is accepted, the city will contact you to determine what kind of tree can be planted on your property based on available space and the type of trees available.
To request a tree, fill out the form available at dieppe.ca/trees between February 8 and March 21. Supply is limited.
