Seniors in Motion Program
DIEPPE, N.B. — The Seniors in Motion Program encourages active living through wellness activities and social outings. Activities are organized by the City of Dieppe and held once per month.
The scheduled May activity is:
Tuesday, May 7 – Presentation on fruits and vegetables – CCNB-Dieppe (auditorium)
Led by Sobeys dietitian Véronique Maillet, this presentation will show you how to choose vegetables while maintaining their nutrients. Learn the nutrition values of fruits and vegetables, the best choices for your health, simple tricks for consuming more fruits and vegetables, a few simple ways of preparing these foods and a few recipes. The presentation begins at 6:30 p.m. and is free to attend. It will be given in French.
Presented in collaboration with the Dieppe-Moncton regional committee of the Association francophone des aînés du Nouveau-Brunswick.
