More than 40 activities will take place as part of the Dieppe Friendship Carnival
DIEPPE, N.B. — Dieppe will be abuzz from February 5-7 during the Dieppe Friendship Carnival with more than 40 activities taking place around the city.
“New events this year include a cooking workshop for people aged 50+, a guided snowshoeing trek in the evening and recreational pickleball”, says Gabrielle Maillet, Community Officer, City of Dieppe
Most activities are free and will take place at the Rotary St-Anselme Park; however, the public is urged to go to dieppe.ca or to pick up a program for details and exact locations.
A few events worth mentioning: Luc LeBlanc will present a comedy entitled “Booster” at the Dieppe Arts and Culture Centre on Friday, February 5 at 8 p.m. Admission is $25. The fireworks display will take place at the Rotary St-Anselme Park on Saturday, February 6 starting 6:30 p.m.
