Back to SearchDIEPPE, N.-B. — The City of Dieppe’s Seniors’ Committee is hosting a new series of informative workshops entitled Ma santé et mon mieux-être…je les prends en main! (“Taking my health and wellness into my own hands”).
The first workshop will take place on Thursday, September 12, at Rotary St-Anselme Park at 1:30 p.m. and will be led by kinesiologist and physiotherapist Léon Desroches. He will present pertinent information and regular exercises on spinal care. The workshop will be presented in French.
“The series of workshops will answer to one of the 14 actions identified in our action plan for Dieppe seniors. We expect to have four conferences per year on the theme of wellness”, explains Gabrielle Maillet from the department of Leisure and Recreational Facilities.
