New traffic lights at the intersection of Dieppe Boulevard and Lakeburn and Murray avenues

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe would like to inform motorists that the new traffic lights at the intersection of Dieppe Boulevard and Lakeburn and Murray avenues will be activated on Wednesday, October 20 at around 7 a.m.

The traffic lights are currently flashing yellow for vehicles travelling on Dieppe Boulevard and red for those coming from Lakeburn and Murray avenues.

Although it is not necessary to stop, motorists who face a flashing yellow light must slow down and give way to pedestrians, cyclists and other vehicles already in the intersection before continuing on their way.

The municipality urges caution as motorists adapt to this new traffic light.
