Update on Domaine Dover Estates

The City of Dieppe wishes to update residents concerning the Domaine Dover Estates situation.

The municipal water supply to Domaine Dover Estates has been reconnected for more than a week. The boil-water order was lifted by the Department of Health on March 10.

An agreement reached yesterday between the City of Dieppe and Noron Inc. stipulates that water and sewer service will be maintained to residents of  Domaine Dover Estates and that the park’s owner will pay the water and sewer charges on a current basis.

All other issues under litigation in this matter will be dealt with by the court in a future trial.
