TD Green Streets in Dieppe
DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe is pleased to announce it has been selected to receive a $15 000 grant from the TD Green Streets program and the City is matching the amount. The program receives its funding from the TD Friends of the Environment Foundation and Tree Canada with the focus of supporting urban forestry.
Residents are invited to bring their shovels and come out to plant a tree this Saturday, June 14th, at the Rotary St-Anselme Park starting at 9 a.m. Representatives from the City of Dieppe, the TD Friends of the Environment Foundation and Tree Canada will also be participating in the tree planting.
A total of 100 trees will be planted at the Rotary St-Anselme Park and another 60 trees along Dieppe Boulevard for a total of 160 trees.
