Dieppe KITE International seeking 30 artisans
DIEPPE, N.B. — For the first time, Dieppe KITE International will present an arts and crafts festival at Dover Park from August 14-18.
“We will be trying this for the first time this year,” says Denis LeBlanc, the event’s co-ordinator. “We have already spoken with several artisans from here and elsewhere, and I’m convinced that people will love the atmosphere and products.”
Cost for one kiosk (10 ft. x 10 ft.) is $113, while an enclosed kiosk (10 ft. x 10 ft.) is $375. Deadline for registrations is July 15.
Please note that vendors will not be permitted to sell food at their kiosk.
Dieppe KITE International is the largest festival of its kind in North America. The best kite flyers in the world come from a number of countries to fly kites of all shapes and colours. An average of 35,000 people per year attend the event.
