The participatory budgeting project needs your help
DIEPPE (NB) — The City of Dieppe invites residents to participate in the second edition of the participatory budgeting project (PBP) in a number of ways. Whether you’re interested in the environment, technology, wellness, arts and culture or leisure, you can help change our community.
Volunteers are needed for the public forum and to further develop some of the ideas received. It’s open to everyone, and you can come share your views as many times as you want. The first public forum will be held on Monday, November 6, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Dieppe City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue. Other meetings will be held every week until December.
To learn more or to get involved, contact us by email at pbp@dieppe.ca or by telephone at 877.7920.
The PBP is a municipal initiative that allows residents to submit a project idea that will serve the community, and is later submitted for a vote. The first phase, which is the gathering of ideas, ended on October 29, 2017.
