Holiday Market Returns to Doiron House
DIEPPE, NB — The Dieppe Holiday Market is returning to Doiron House on December 3 and 10 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The public is invited to come and shop for decorations, local produce and sweets in a festive setting.
“With the Holiday Market, we’re taking advantage of the season to introduce visitors to the unique character of Doiron House,” says Jérémie Robichaud, a community officer with the City of Dieppe. “It’s also a way to encourage local artisans and merchants and give them a new venue to showcase their wares.”
A different set of merchants will be present on each date for greater variety and convenience. Santa Claus will also be on hand in the afternoon for photos with young and old alike. In addition, classic holiday films will be shown in the evenings, with popcorn included.
Visitors will be able to park at Doiron House at 1150 Amirault Street. Cash is recommended for purchases. The event is free, but donations will be collected for charity. Film evenings are also free and open to the whole family, but spaces are limited, so first come, first served.
