Important Information - August 15 Celebrations in Dieppe

As it gets closer to the August 15 celebrations organized by the Congrès mondial acadien, the City of Dieppe would like to share some useful information that will allow everyone to fully enjoy the activities planned for the day.

Programming for the day

Place 1604

Noon to 5 p.m.: 15th finale of Accros de la chanson with Caroline Savoie, Thomé Young and DJ Lu

5 to 5:55 p.m.: Official National Acadian Day ceremony

5:55 p.m.: Le Grand Tintamarre Departure from 243 Gauvin Road to the MusiquArt site, located at 475 Notre­Dame Street

MusiquArt site

7 p.m.: National Acadian Day show

Tintamarre

The Tintamarre route will start at Gauvin Road, in front of the Dieppe Market, and move north to College Street. From College Street, it will take Champlain Street on the left to Notre­Dame Street. It will then continue along Notre-Dame Street on the right and stop in front of the Centenaire Arena where the MusiquArt site can be accessed. Access to the MusiquArt site

A reminder that access to the MusiquArt site for the evening show is free. To limit the waiting time as you arrive on the premises, please check the list of allowed and prohibited items. Please note as well that all bags will be searched for security reasons.
