Street Closures for YQM Country Fest 2023
DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists of upcoming traffic changes related to the YQM Country Fest taking place at the MusiquART site from August 24 to 26.
The changes listed below will be in effect from 10 a.m. to half past midnight (12:30 a.m.) on August 24, 25 and 26.

Gould Street will switch to one-way traffic between Acadie Avenue and Collège Street to allow for the smooth flow of automobiles and emergency and municipal services vehicles. |
Ste-Thérèse Street |
Partial closure |
Ste-Thérèse Street will be closed starting at Richelieu Street and heading east. Residents will still be able to access their property. |
Cousteau Street |
Modified traffic |
No access to Cousteau Street from Notre-Dame Street. Residents will be able to access their property from Collège Street. |
Doucet Court |

Residents will have access from Cousteau Street. |
Collège Street |
Complete closure |
Collège Street will be closed to the public between Cousteau Street and Gould Street but will be open for emergency services vehicles. |
Notre-Dame Street |
Complete closure |
Notre-Dame Street will be completely closed between Champlain Street and Thibodeau Street. Only pedestrians and emergency services vehicles will have access. Notre-Dame Street will also be completely closed between Ste-Thérèse Street and Gould Street from August 22 at 1 p.m. to August 27 at noon to allow access for food trucks. |
Champlain Street |
Complete closure between 10:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. (half past midnight). |
Champlain Street will be closed between Collège Street and Acadie Avenue. Only heavy trucks and emergency services vehicles will have access. |
Due to the expected traffic in the downtown area, changes will be made to public transit and on-demand transit services. Users will be able to consult the websites and apps of their usual providers to find out about changes to routes and stops during the event.
Please note that the UNIplex walking track will also be closed during the festival.
