Dieppe seeks residents' input on new cultural policy
DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe is seeking residents interested in being part of a focus group concerning the development of a cultural policy for the city.
The first session will take place on Wednesday, June 20, and will be followed by three more. The sessions will be led by Marc Chouinard, general manager of the Capitol Theatre.
The focus group will concentrate on gathering residents’ points of view concerning art, heritage, education, wellness, leisure, community diversity, and economic development related to culture. The opinions and ideas gathered will be used in the development of a cultural policy.
While cultural development and promotion is a collective responsibility, the City of Dieppe is the cornerstone of culture in our community.
If you would like to be part of this focus group, please contact Pauline Cormier, director of leisure services for the City of Dieppe at 877.7900.
