Back to SearchDIEPPE, N.B. — In March, 37 building permits were issued in Dieppe representing a total of $3,125,877. The commercial sector continued in a positive direction with 18 permits issued for a total investment of $1,307,823 compared to the residential sector’s 19 permits for $1,818,054.
The major commercial projects in March 2012 were:
Cadillac Fairview $735,800
Serge Gauvin Enterprises Inc. $502,560
“The year has started very well with a sustained level of construction activity in both the commercial and residential sectors,” said Pierre Dupuis, general manager of the Economic Development Corporation of the City of Dieppe. “The construction season is well underway and looks positive for Dieppe in 2012.”
Other major projects will be announced soon and should begin in the next few months in some of the city’s priority areas for development.
