Dieppe Launches Anti-Speeding Campaign
DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe and the municipal fire department are launching an anti-speeding campaign that will run until November. The objective of the campaign is to remind motorists of the importance of following speed limits on the municipality’s roads.
“As first responders, we see the consequences of speeding and distracted driving. It’s very important for us to make residents aware of the issue,” said Dieppe Fire District Chief Julien Boudreau.
During the campaign, publications with the theme “Slow Down” will be posted on social media, and billboards will be placed throughout the municipality.
Residents are invited to follow the City of Dieppe on Facebook (facebook.com/DieppeNB) to learn more on the awareness campaign.
