Dieppe invites its residents to take part in its budget deliberations for the year 2024

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to remind residents that its annual budget deliberation process is currently ongoing. Deliberations are being held in Council chambers at City Hall located at 333 Acadie Avenue. Those interested may also listen to the meetings live through our YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/DieppeNB

Deliberations schedule

Monday, October 16	Budget presentations by external committees	5:30 p.m.
Monday, October 23	Presentation of capital budgets	7 p.m.
Monday, October 30	Presentation of operating budgets	5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, November 14 or Monday, November 27	Adoption of operating and capital budgets	7 p.m.

Participating in the deliberations is an opportunity to learn more about what you get for every dollar you pay in property taxes, as well as the major projects planned for Dieppe in 2024.

The City of Dieppe’s mission is to provide quality services to residents while ensuring responsible decision-making for the benefit of all. Municipal revenues come mainly from property, water and sewer taxes.
