Back to SearchDIEPPE, N.B. — With the value of building permits for January and February totalling $7,121,103, the City of Dieppe experienced a strong start to 2013. The commercial sector saw 20 permits issued, representing $6,701,683, while the residential sector accounted for 12 permits with a total value of $419,420.
These investments represent the second-best start to a year (January and February) in the past 16 years.
January-February highlights include the following projects:

Cadillac Fairview $2,267,150
“These investments so early in the year are very encouraging and demonstrate that commercial economic growth in Dieppe should continue in 2013,” said Pierre Dupuis, general manager of the Economic Development Corporation of the City of Dieppe. “In fact, we are in discussions with a number of developers who are actively working on construction projects for 2013.”
