Dieppe will play host to the 55+ Games this coming June!
DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe will play host to the upcoming 55+ Games taking place June 24-26.
This 3-day competition includes golfing, bowling, athletics, cribbage, card games, tennis, badminton, darts and bridge, washers, shuffleboard, horseshoes and much more!
“We are expecting a little over 500 participants from across New Brunswick”, says Annie Belliveau, Community Officer, City of Dieppe.
You are now able to register by visiting nb55plusgames.ca (under the tab About the Games – Provincial Games). The registration costs vary depending on the participant’s selections.
The 19 games will take place at the Arthur-J.-LeBlanc Centre, the Rotary St-Anselme Park, the Club d’âge d’or de Dieppe, the Anna-Malenfant and Mathieu-Martin athletics tracks, as well as the Maplewood golf club.
“Our mission is to improve the quality of life and wellness of adults 55 years of age or older through recreational, cultural and physical activities. It is a privilege for the City of Dieppe to host a large-scale event of this kind and we are pleased that it will be taking place in Dieppe”, adds Annie Belliveau.
