DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that it will proceed with the construction of a new roundabout at the intersection of Lafrance Street and Gauvin Road starting Tuesday, May 21. During the work, which will continue until October, lane reductions and complete closures are expected in the area.
This road construction project will also include milling and paving on Gauvin Road, from Blanchard Street to Pascal Avenue. The work will improve the quality and safety of the municipality's infrastructure.
Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic. Motorists are encouraged to plan for longer travel times or to consider an alternative route wherever possible.
