Dieppe Youth Advisory Committee: a voice for Dieppe’s young leaders
The City of Dieppe is looking for young, creative leaders between grades 8 and 12 who are motivated and want to sit on the Dieppe Youth Advisory Committee.
“The City of Dieppe wants to give a voice to young people so that they can share their concerns and their vision in order to contribute to enhancing the quality of life in the region,” says Sonya Babineau, Community agent for the City of Dieppe.
Many initiatives emerged from the young leaders of the Youth Advisory Committee including the creation of the Youth Forum, collection of donations for the food bank and for the homeless, volunteering for the House of Nazareth, and more.
To qualify, interested young leaders must be a resident of Dieppe for at least three months, want to represent youth in Dieppe, want to volunteer time and play an active role in the community.
To express your interest, fill out the form and return it before September 27, 2019.
