Changes to garbage collection during the holiday season and tree pickup

The City of Dieppe wishes to advise residents of the following changes to regular garbage collection during the holiday season.

If your usual garbage day is Wednesday, your garbage will be picked up on the following days:

• Saturday, December 28, 2024, instead of Wednesday, December 25, 2024
• Saturday, January 4, 2025, instead of Wednesday, January 1, 2025

Please note: place your garbage at the curb at 6 p.m. on the night before pickup at the earliest, or by 4 a.m. on the pickup day at the latest.

A special tree collection will take place on Wednesday, January 8, 2025. Residents are asked to place their tree at the curb by no later than 4 a.m. on the 8th.

Trees must not be frozen in the snow bank and must be free of tinsel and ornaments.
