This summer, rediscover Renardi Camp
DIEPPE, N.B. — As it does each summer, Renardi Camp will be welcoming children who have completed kindergarten up to fifth grade (ages 5 to 11 years old), from June to August.
This year, the camp hours have been re-worked to better meet the needs of families in the community. Camp will now open its doors at 8:30 a.m., and the day will end at 4:30 p.m. With this, you get one more hour a day than with the old schedule. In addition, the camp will now operate four days a week instead of three, now running from Monday to Thursday. Also new this year: registration will open earlier, so that you can reserve your spots several weeks in advance.
Lou MacNarin and Anna-Malenfant schools are the two locations that will welcome children this summer. In addition to having fun at the two schools, the children will also take part in a number of outings in the community, and will enjoy interesting guests and multidisciplinary activities! Although the activities may vary depending on which session your child is registered for, your child will definitely get to enjoy the splash pad at Rotary St-Anselme Park and the pool at the Aquatic and Sports Centre.
The camp is offered in two-week sessions, at a cost of $125 per session. You can choose one or more sessions from among the following dates:
- Session 1: June 26 to 29 and July 4 to 6 (July 3 is a holiday)
- Session 2: July 10 to 13 and July 17 to 20
- Session 3: July 24 to 27 and July 31 to August 3
- Session 4: August 8 to 10 and August 14 to 17 (August 7 and 15 are holidays)
Registration will begin on Monday, April 3, at 6 p.m. for residents, and on Wednesday, April 5, at 6 p.m. for non-residents. There are two ways to register: either in person at the front desk of the Dieppe Aquatic and Sports Centre, or online at dieppe.ca with your profile number.
