Public Hearing – Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021-13) – Conditional Use
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe has received an application for approval of a conditional use under Section 59 of the Community Planning Act to allow for the development of a multiple-unit dwelling in the Institutional Zone (I) under certain terms and conditions. Said development project is proposed on the land located at 452 Amirault Street and identified under PID 70602610.
A public hearing will be held on Monday, June 24, 2024, at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, to consider objections to the proposed conditional use.
Any person may submit written objections to the Clerk at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9, or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca, no later than Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 4:30 p.m., stating the reasons for objecting to the proposed conditional use and these objections will be presented at the public hearing. Any person may speak for or against the written objections at the public hearing.
