Back to SearchPUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dieppe intends to amend Zoning Bylaw Z-10 (2021).
The purpose of the proposed amendments, as outlined in Bylaw Z-10 (2021-12), is to allow for the development of a residential and commercial project at the intersection of Acadie Avenue and Normandie Street.
A public hearing will be held on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 7 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, to consider objections to the proposed amendments.
Any person may submit written objections to the Clerk at 333 Acadie Avenue, Dieppe, New Brunswick, E1A 1G9, or at the email address clerksoffice@dieppe.ca, no later than Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at 4:30 p.m., stating the reasons for objecting to the proposed amendments and these objections will be presented at the public hearing. Any person may speak for or against the written objections at the public hearing.
