Adoption of by-law C-13 relating to the establishment of controlled access streets within the City of Dieppe

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Municipalities Act, the Dieppe Municipal Council intends to proceed with the adoption of the following Municipal By-Law by reading the title and section numbers only at the Dieppe Municipal Council public meeting scheduled on Monday, November 26, 2012 at 7p.m.:

By-Law No. C-13 entitled “A By-Law Relating to the Establishment of     Controlled Access Streets within the City of Dieppe ”The above-noted by-law may be viewed by any interested person by clicking on the link above or any day, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the City Clerk’s Office at the Dieppe City Hall, at 333 Acadie Avenue, in Dieppe.
