Back to SearchPlease note that due to supply-related issues, we are no longer using salt to produce chlorine in the pools at the Aquatic and Sports Centre. Instead, we are using chlorine from calcium hypochlorite tablets.
However, we wish to stress that the chlorine concentrations remain the same and that the quality of the water is not affected. The only difference is for the pool operators, as the products are handled differently. Our intention is to go back to using salt as soon as the cells are available again.
