Presentations on land use and planning
Your property officially became part of the City of Dieppe on January 1, 2023. As a result of the Province’s local governance reform.
The City invites you to two information sessions on the development and the other on land use planning pertaining to your area. The sessions will provide more details about the proposed zoning changes and permitted uses.
For the most part, the focus in the recently annexed areas will be on nature conservation and low-density residential development.
Consequently, the permitted uses on your property or in your neighbourhood may change as a result of amendments to the municipal development plan and zoning bylaw. Therefore, we strongly encourage all new residents to attend the presentations to learn about the potential changes.
Please note that the sessions will only cover land use planning and development.
