Meet the members of Dieppe City Council at 5:30 p.m. and take advantage of the opportunity to interact with them. At 6 p.m., take a trip back in time with the exhibition Downtown Dieppe: from yesterday to today, with a presentation by Pauline Cormier, manager of heritage and partnerships for the City of Dieppe.
“The aim of the evening is to allow people to discover who their municipal representatives are and to experience municipal democracy from the inside,” says Emilie Haché, Director of Immigration Department for the City of Dieppe. “It's also the perfect opportunity to learn about the evolution of downtown Dieppe. It's particularly interesting for new residents,” she concludes.
Welcoming Week takes place from September 13 to 22, 2024. It's a global movement that aims to build strong connections and affirm the importance of welcoming and inclusive places in achieving collective prosperity.
