  Unite your breath with your body in a variety of poses accessible to all levels of yoga practitioners.

  Pound Fitness with Lisa Leblanc
  Ages 16 and up
  Bring your running shoes, yoga mat and water bottle.
  
  A cardio jam session designed to unleash your inner star while promoting total-body fitness.

  Zumba led by Renée Arseneault
  Ages 12 and up
  Bring your running shoes and a water bottle.
  
  Come chase away stress to Latin rhythms. A real dance-fitness party!

  Kung-fu: introduction to wing chun led by Laurent Olivier
  Ages 12 and up
  Bring your running shoes and a water bottle.
  
  An exercise-based martial art session with a spiritual dimension. This sport is based on concentration, self-discipline and a primarily unarmed form of personal combat.

  HIIT with Annie Martel
  Ages 12 and up
  Bring your running shoes, yoga mat (optional) and water bottle.
  
  HIIT is a type of interval training. It incorporates several rounds alternating between several minutes of high-intensity movements.

  Line dancing led by Bertha Arseneault
  For all ages
  Bring your running shoes and a water bottle.
  
  During the session, participants will learn and build routines on several line dances.

• Tuesday, August 13
  Kinfit 50 led by Lucille Wilson
  Suitable for ages 50 and over
  Bring your running shoes and a water bottle.
  
  A low-impact, low-to-medium-intensity exercise program. Suitable for those 50 and over, this session is open to everyone.

  Zumba led by Aracelli Cancino
  For all ages
  Bring your running shoes and a water bottle.
  
  Discover Zumba: an exhilarating fitness experience where dance and music come together to make you sweat and groove. Join us for a dynamic, upbeat session, perfect for sculpting your body while having fun!
