1. Description
This draw is being organized by the City of Dieppe (hereafter referred to as the “City”). To participate in the draw, simply take a picture of the garbage you’ve picked up in the community between April 19 and 28, 2025 and, before April 28, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., send it by email to evenement-event@dieppe.ca
All references to time in the contest rules and regulations refer to New Brunswick Standard Time.
2. Eligibility
The survey is intended for residents of the City of Dieppe, and all participants must be at least 18 years of age.
City employees and their immediate family members, as well as companies and organizations, are not eligible to participate in the draw.
To be eligible for the draw, simply take a picture of the garbage you’ve picked up in the community between April 19 and 28, 2025 and, before April 28, 2025, at 11:59 p.m., send it by email to evenement-event@dieppe.ca
3. Selection criteria and description of prizes
The winners will be selected at random from among all participants in a draw held on April 29, 2025, before 4:30 p.m., by a City representative.
- Three prize of gardening soil from Premier Tech
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not redeemable.
A City representative will take reasonable steps to contact the winners to inform them of the terms and conditions associated with the prizes. If the City representative is unable to reach a winner within 30 days of the draw, the City will be released from any obligation to that individual. Proof of legal age will be required before the prize is delivered.
4. General terms and conditions
The winners will be announced on the City’s Facebook page and the municipal website by May 29, 2025.
