Dieppe marks Municipality Week

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe is pleased to announce that it will be marking New Brunswick’s first-ever Municipality Week, which will take place between September 19 and 25. During the week, the municipality will highlight the daily work of its employees who help to improve the quality of life in Dieppe.

Cancelled - Battle of Britain commemorated in Dieppe

Please note that the ceremony commemorating the Battle of Britain that was to be held on Sunday, September 18 at J.-Laurie-Cormier Park in Dieppe has been cancelled. The ceremony has been cancelled out of respect for the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
A reminder that interested persons can come and sign the book of condolences at City Hall during business hours until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 16.

Lane reduction on Paul Street

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists of a lane reduction on Paul Street, between Sunset and Kennedy streets on Sunday, September 11. In case of inclement weather, the work will be postponed to Sunday, September 18.
This lane reduction is necessary to allow Liberty Utilities to conduct some work on the natural gas system. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic.
It is to be noted that businesses will remain accessible during construction.

Book of condolences for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe is making available to the public a book of condolences for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in the lobby of City Hall located at 333 Acadie Avenue. Interested persons can come and sign the book during business hours, starting at 3 p.m. today until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, September 16.
City Hall business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
