Sledge hockey program returns to Dieppe

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe is pleased to offer a sledge hockey program once again to youth 16 years of age or older with a physical disability in a lower limb, as well as any adult who wishes to try the sport.

New format for the bulky items collection

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to remind residents that the special fall and spring garbage collection are no longer offered. Instead, residents will be able to place one bulky item at the curb on weeks when clear bags are collected.
This change will allow people to dispose of their bulky waste more frequently rather than having to wait for a specific time.
It is to be noted that only one single bulky item can be placed curbside per week during clear bags collection.

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to invite residents to its Open House taking place on Saturday, October 15 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the fire station located at 500 Gauvin Road.
During this year’s Fire Prevention Week, held under the theme “Fire Won’t Wait. Plan Your Escape™”, Fire Department employees will review good practices to use daily with respect to fire hazards.

Road closure – Gauvin Road (October 1)

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Gauvin Road, between Marché Street and Acadie Avenue will be completely closed to traffic starting at noon on Saturday, October 1.
This closure is necessary in order to allow for the Midland Truck Pull to benefit United Way to take place.
The City regrets any inconvenience this closure may cause and appreciates your patience and collaboration.
