New Construction Record for the City of Dieppe in 2022

DIEPPE - The dynamism that characterizes the City of Dieppe is alive and well, with real estate growth continuing in November and December and a new construction record for the municipality.
Some 550 permits were awarded, for a total worth of more than $119.4 million in investments, surpassing the previous record of $101.9 million set in 2021.

Dieppe to Host Information Session on Land Use Planning and Local Governance Reform

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe is pleased to invite the public to its first ever Holiday Market! Come celebrate the magic of the holiday season with local artisans at Doiron House (1150 Amirault Street) from noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday, December 4. A dozen or so merchants will be on hand for the occasion with seasonal food, decorations and gift ideas.
Toys, clothing and non-perishable food items will be accepted throughout the event for donation to families in need.

Adoption of the 2023 Municipal Budget

DIEPPE, NB — Dieppe City Council adopted its $85.8-million operating budget for 2023 at its public meeting on November 28. Of that amount, $71.1 million will go to the general operating budget and $14.7 million to the water and sewer budget.
Also adopted at the meeting were the capital budgets: $23 million for the general capital budget and $2.2 million for the water and sewer capital budget.
