A second children's party room at the Aquatic and Sports Centre

DIEPPE (NB) — A second amenity room has been set up at the Aquatic and Sports Centre for accommodating groups and hosting children’s parties.
“Generally speaking, the Centre’s participation rates increase every year. Adding the second room was done in response to demand; we host on average a dozen parties every weekend, and requests are being denied on a regular basis!” says Luc Bujold, Manager of the Aquatic and Sports Centre.

DIEPPE, N.B. — The magic of Christmas will spread throughout area streets during the Santa Claus Parade taking place on Saturday, November 22, beginning at 5 p.m. The parade provides an opportunity for people of all ages – children, teenagers and parents – to experience the joys surrounding preparations for this wondrous holiday.

Dieppe honours veterans

DIEPPE, N.B. — A special ceremony has been organized for Dieppe for Remembrance Day on November 11, a day celebrated across Canada to honour those Canadians who have died in war.
In collaboration with the Dieppe Veterans’ Association, the City of Dieppe invites the public to the veterans’ and RCMP parade taking place at École Anna-Malenfant at 11 a.m. The parade will take place inside the school, followed by an official ceremony commemorating the armistice that ended the First World War in 1918.

New traffic lights on Champlain Street

Dieppe (NB) — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that new traffic lights have been installed on Champlain Street at the intersection of Lafrance and Industrial Streets.
The lights will be permanently activated on Monday, November 10, weather permitting.
The City reminds drivers to be careful and respect the pedestrian crossings.
