Lane reduction on Centrale Street

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that there will be a lane reduction on Centrale Street, between Damien and Vanier streets, on August 25 and 26. In case of inclement weather, the work will be postponed to the following day.
This lane reduction is necessary in order to allow for work on the water and sewer system. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic.
Motorists are encouraged to plan for longer travel times while the work is being carried out.

Participate in the official opening of the Dieppe Dog Park

The City of Dieppe cordially invites residents to the official opening of the dog park located at 60 Copp Street. The event will be held on Thursday, August 26, starting at 6:30 p.m. to celebrate International Dog Day. The evening will begin with a ceremony, followed by a snack and games for the dogs.
Later in the evening, those interested are invited to watch the film, A Dog’s Life, on a giant screen. Projection will begin at sundown (around 8:30 p.m.) and will be in English with French subtitles.

Trail closure in Rotary St-Anselme Park

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to inform residents that certain trails in Rotary St-Anselme Park will be closed from August 19 to 22 to allow for the Canada Cup in cycling to be held.
Barricades will be in place to identify the trails reserved for the competition.
