Level 3 of COVID-19 Winter Plan: Closure of Indoor Recreational Facilities

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise residents that the Dieppe Aquatic and Sports Centre, the UNIplex, the Arthur-J.-LeBlanc Centre, the Rotary Pavilion and City Hall will be closed to the public as of 11:59 p.m. tonight, Friday, January 14.

These closures are necessary due to the transition to Level 3 of the Province’s COVID-19 Winter Plan. The facilities should reopen on January 31 unless the Province advises otherwise.

Recreational facilities and City Hall closure - January 7, 2022

DIEPPE (NB) — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise residents that non-essential services will be suspended as of noon today due to weather conditions. City Hall and recreational facilities (Aquatic Centre, AJL arena, UNIplex, Rotary Pavilion, skating oval, etc.), will be closed.

Notice of Public Meeting – January 10, 2022

Please be advised that there will be a regular Council meeting on Monday, January 10, 2022, at 7 p.m., which can only be seen and heard on the City’s website due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Council members and staff participating remotely will use electronic means of communication. New construction record for the City of Dieppe in 2021

The City issued 639 building permits in 2021, for a total investment of $101.9 million, breaking the previous record of $96.9 million set in 2019.

Over the past year, the municipality authorized 96 permits for commercial, industrial and institutional projects, worth approximately $31.9 million, in addition to granting 543 permits for residential projects, representing $70.1 million in investments.
