Dieppe Adopts an Innovative Asset Management Policy

DIEPPE (NB) — Dieppe City Council adopted a new asset management policy at the public meeting on November 27. This proactive approach will allow the City of Dieppe to disseminate best practices in municipal asset management and become a leader in that area.

Winter parking restriction

DIEPPE (NB) — The City of Dieppe wishes to remind motorists that it is not permitted to park on Dieppe streets between midnight and 7 a.m., from December 1 to March 31. This interdiction is in effect at all times, whether there is snow or not.
Fines could be given to vehicle owners who do not comply.
Please note that vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense if they affect snow removal efforts.

Fun on ice is back for a fifth year at Place 1604

DIEPPE, NB — Dieppe's ultimate Friday evening winter activity returns this year with 13 weeks of family fun.
Thanks to the new refrigerated skating oval, the concert series will start a little earlier this year, on December 1, and will take place every Friday evening until March 2. From 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., Place 1604 will be transformed into a concert stage with a bonfire and free hot chocolate. You will be able to skate on the skating oval to the music of the invited artists.

Dieppe commemorates Remembrance Day

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe, in collaboration with the Dieppe Military Veterans Association, will be holding a ceremony on Saturday, November 11 at École Anna-Malenfant to commemorate Remembrance Day.
The parade, made up of veterans, cadets and members of the RCMP, will form up at 10:30 a.m. and will make its way indoors for the ceremony that commemorates the signing of the Armistice, formalizing the end of World War I in 1918.
A reception will follow at the Dieppe Golden Age Club.
