Special fall garbage collection

DIEPPE (NB) — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise residents that the special fall garbage collection will take place between October 10 and 13.
For households with regular weekly garbage collection on:
- TUESDAY, the items must be placed curbside before 4 a.m. on Tuesday, October 10
- WEDNESDAY, the items must be placed curbside before 4 a.m. on Wednesday, October 11
- FRIDAY, the items must be placed curbside before 4 a.m. on Friday, October 13

Road closure - Intersection of Melanson Road and Dieppe Boulevard

DIEPPE, NB - The City of Dieppe wishes to inform motorists that Melanson Road, between Dieppe Boulevard and Rouse Street, as well as Dieppe Boulevard (south of Melanson Road), will be completely closed to traffic from Tuesday, October 3 to Friday, October 6. This closure is necessary to allow for the paving of the modern roundabout.
Detour signs will be in place.

Road closure – Gauvin Road

DIEPPE, (NB) — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Gauvin Road, between Marché Street and Acadie Avenue, will be completely closed to traffic on Friday, September 29 and Saturday, September 30, between 11:30 a.m. and 11:15 p.m.

Work along the Trans Canada Trail

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise its residents that work will take place along the Trans Canada Trail, between Pointe-aux-Renards Street and Dover Road, on Thursday, September 28. This work is necessary in order to allow for the installation of the aboiteaux (tide gate) observation site.
During this period, this portion of the trail will be completely closed to cyclists and pedestrians.

Important message from the City of Moncton - Presence of blue-green algae in Tower Road reservoir

The City of Moncton wishes to advise its residents, as well as those in the City of Dieppe and the Town of Riverview that the presence of blue-green algae has been confirmed at the Tower Road reservoir.
Samples collected and tested in the Turtle Creek reservoir have not detected the presence of blue-green algae at this time.
Water remains safe for drinking and all other regular activities such as bathing, cooking and washing.
