Roadwork — Acadie Avenue

DIEPPE (NB) — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Acadie Avenue, between Normandie and Alain-Gillette Streets, will be reduced to one lane of traffic northbound, toward city center, on Monday, August 28, weather permitting.
This lane reduction is necessary to allow for work on the sewer system. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic.
The City regrets any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates your patience and collaboration while this work is being done.
Road closure — Chartersville Road

DIEPPE, NB — The City of Dieppe wishes to inform motorists that Chartersville Road between Gorveatte Street and Dieppe Boulevard will be closed to traffic on Thursday, August 24, 2017. Local traffic will be allowed for residents and emergency services only.
Signs will be put up on Dieppe Boulevard and Gorveatte Street to mark the detours.
This closure is necessary to allow for repairs to the sewer system.
In case of bad weather, the work will be postponed to a future date.

Street and Lane Closure – Amirault Street

DIEPPE, NB – The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Amirault Street, between Chartersville Road and Lavoie Street, will be reduced to one lane southbound, toward Memramcook, and completely closed northbound, toward the city centre, on Monday, August 21, 2017, between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m.
Northbound traffic will be redirected to an alternative route along Lavoie, Frederic, and Maximin streets and Chartersville Road. Signs will be posted and flagpersons will be on site to direct traffic.

Boil water order lifted

DIEPPE (NB) — The City of Dieppe would like to advise drinking water system users, located starting at 2263 Amirault Street, at 16 and 19 Léonide Street and on Raphaël, JF Bourgeois, Johanne, Vézina and Carter streets, that the boil water order recently issued is now lifted.
Before consuming any tap water, some precautions must be taken. It is recommended to flush your water system to make sure that the water distribution system is completely clean.

Work at the pumping station in the Industrial Park

DIEPPE (NB) — The City of Dieppe will soon undertake work at the pumping station in the Industrial Park that provides drinking water to several areas in the municipality.
Residents and businesses affected by the work are mainly located to the east of Industrial, Thomas, Fortune, Lafrance, Larochelle, Bonaventure and Wilfred streets, Marc André Court and Bourque Road.
