Enjoy Dieppe's outdoor skating rinks!

DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise residents that its three outdoor skating rinks are now open.
In addition to the two rinks that have been located in Rotary St-Anselme Park for the past few years, residents can now enjoy a new rink located downtown this year.
Located at Place 1604, the rink is a pilot project for this winter and is reserved for skating only. The project will be re-evaluated next year based on residents’ interest.

DIEPPE, N.B. – If you are looking for information on medication, bullying, fall prevention, the Red Cross or the services offered by the Seniors’ Information Centre, this program is for you!
The Seniors’ Information Centre and the City of Dieppe are presenting the Seniors’ Safety Academy for the second consecutive year. The program is offered free of charge on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to noon at Dieppe City Hall (Dieppe Room).

Seeking artists for Wednesday Show presentations

DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe invites singers, musical groups and performance groups to submit their names to take part in the 26th edition of the popular Wednesday Show presentations to be held during the summer of 2013. Shows will take place from June 26 to August 7.

Closure of recreational pool today at Dieppe Aquatic and Sport Centre

DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise residents that the public swimming session scheduled for 5 p.m. to 6:55 p.m. today is cancelled due to minor hygienic issues.
The elimination of fecal matter by a swimmer is the reason behind the decision. The Centre’s reception desk remains open. Rentals, as well as Zumba and aqua fitness classes will still take place. The lap pool will also remain open.
The recreational pool will return to its regular schedule tomorrow morning.

Interesting activities for seniors taking place in Dieppe

DIEPPE, N.B. — The Seniors in Motion Program continues in Dieppe throughout 2013 with a number of interesting activities geared toward those 50 years of age and older. The program encourages active living through wellness activities and social outings.
Beginning next week, the program will offer a line dancing course with a professional instructor every Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Rotary St-Anselme Park at a cost of $2 per session, as well as Zumba sessions every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at a cost of $3...
