Dieppe plans New Brunswick Day festivities

DIEPPE, N.B. — Come celebrate New Brunswick Day at Rotary St-Anselme Park on Monday, August 5, with free activities from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Among the activities will be a children’s bazaar, official ceremony, community barbecue, and inflatable games. The 55+ Corner will be available for everyone with games such as shuffleboard, horseshoes and petanque.

New features for 9th edition of Dieppe KITE International

DIEPPE, N.B. — Candy showers, a running of the bols, an artisans’ fair, indoor flight workshop and a concert by singing star Zachary Richard are just a few of the new features of the 9th edition of Dieppe KITE International taking place from August 14-18.
Dieppe KITE International continues its tradition of three components: kites, community activities and cultural activities. Most of the activities will take place at Dover Park.
The kite component will see nearly 50 kite fliers from 13 countries...
Work on Melanson Road

DIEPPE, N.B. — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Melanson Road will be reduced to one lane between Fox Creek Road and Dieppe Boulevard on Wednesday, July 24, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., weather permitting.

Interprovincial Shuffleboard Tournament opening ceremony

DIEPPE, N.B. — The public is invited to the official opening of the Interprovincial Shuffleboard Tournament at Arthur-J.-LeBlanc Centre on Tuesday, July 23, at 8:30 a.m.
Nearly 100 shuffleboard players representing the four corners of Canada will meet at the Arthur-J.-LeBlanc Centre from July 22-26 to determine the country’s best players at the Canadian National Shuffleboard Association’s Interprovincial Shuffleboard Tournament.
