Road closure - Sunset Street

DIEPPE, (NB) — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Sunset Street, between Paul Street and Acadie Avenue, will be completely closed on Friday, September 23.
It should be noted that businesses will remain accessible during construction.
The City regrets any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates your patience and collaboration while this work is being done.

DIEPPE, (NB) — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Champlain Street, between Acadie Avenue and Collège Street, will be completely closed Wednesday, September 21, between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m., weather permitting.
Also, Champlain Street, between Industrial Street and Dieppe Boulevard, will be completely closed on Wednesday, September 21 and Thursday, September 22, between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m., weather permitting.

Update - Major water main break on Champlain Street

DIEPPE, N.B. — The repair work is now completed and the water supply has been restored. Residents from 361 to 448 Champlain Street received a boil water order that is in effect until further notice.
The section of Champlain Street, between Bras-d'Or Avenue and Collège Street, remains opened to one lane of traffic in each direction to allow other roadwork.
The City regrets any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates your patience and cooperation while this work is being done.

DIEPPE, (NB) — The City of Dieppe wishes to advise motorists that Champlain Street, between Acadie Avenue and Bras-d’Or Avenue, will be completely closed from Sunday, September 18 to Tuesday, September 20 between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m., weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to allow for paving work. Detour signs will be in place.
This work may cause delays. Motorists are encouraged to plan for longer travel times and to consider an alternate route while the work is being carried out.

The Battle of Britain remembered in Dieppe

DIEPPE (NB) — A ceremony to commemorate the Battle of Britain and the efforts of the air forces during the Second World War will be held on Sunday, September 18, at J.-Laurie-Cormier Park beginning at 1:30 p.m.
The Battle of Britain, which started in the fall of 1940, involved the British Royal Air Force, Royal Canadian Air Force and also airmen from Poland, Australia, Barbados, Belgium, Czechoslovakia, France, Ireland, Jamaica, Newfoundland, New Zealand, Rhodesia, South Africa and the United States....
